Marketing
When you
buy Ebooks you get a lot of unnecessary words. I call them
bulk
filler.
These make your product look
fuller...like when you get something in the mail in a box
seven sizes
too large and filled with newspaper packing.
Did you ever remove the newspaper
and read it to feel like you got your
money's worth?
If
you're
tired of fluff and just want the boiled down nuggets, here they are.
I
can't get it any simpler than this. Follow
this exactly and you have my personal blue print to
Article Marketing
in a Nut Shell.

in
that niche.”

G. Write your first
article
Research
material for your
article.
1.
Go to Google and look at several sites on your subject. Get snippets of
material from various articles and copy it and paste it
to your data sheet in
your
folder.
2.
You’re shooting for a
minimum of 250 words, so when you have
accumulated enough material stop.
3.
Now
go through your gathered
material and reorganize it
in a logical order. Rewrite it in your own words at the same time. Write a
good
informative
article. DO NOT DIRECT COPY OTHER PEOPLE'S WORK
4. Use
your key word or phrase
in your title, in your first
sentence, and in your last sentence exactly the same.
5.
In
your last sentence place
a link to your Blogger Blog. I've highlighted
the Key
word phrases in
the article below so you can see their placement for
the search engine.
6.
Submit your article.
Is there
a cure for asthma?
Studies so far have not made clear why people get
asthma, but it is probable that
genetics coupled with natural
environmental factors are the causes.
Most of the medical
community
feel that there is no "cure" for asthma however, natural treatment
plays perhaps a
bigger role in treatment of the condition than
medicinal approaches. It would stand to reason that a "natural cure"
may be feasible.
What actually triggers asthma certainly can differ from
one person to
the next. Known triggers are the following:
Air pollutants and irritants such as smoke
Allergic
reactions to foods such as peanuts or shellfish
Allergens, such
as pollen, animal dander, mold, cockroaches and dust mites
Respiratory
infections, such as the common cold
Cold air
Changes in air
humidity
Physical
activity
Menstrual cycle
in some women
Sulfites which
are preservatives added to some perishable foods
Stress or
emotional events
Certain
medications, including beta blockers, aspirin
Acid reflux
It makes
sense that controlling the exposure to
the above listed triggers would provide the biggest control against
asthma attacks.
There are other things you can do to avoid or lessen asthma
attacks:
Lower or eliminate your salt intake. A recent study indicates
that high sodium foods may play a role in bronchial inflammation.
Avoid using cleaning sprays. The chemicals found in these sprays are
known to irritate the airways.
Drink hot coffee. Many people report that they get a measure of
immediate relief from this.
Drink
three or four cups of black tea..It contains chemicals related to
theophylline which is a basic ingredient in asthma drugs.
Practice breathing from the diaphragm.
The
medical field is constantly changing and new treatments and cures for
diseases and ailments are constantly coming to light.
